A few new pictures..

Isaac keeps us entertained while we shower.

My Belly 4 weeks ago. It's alot bigger now.

Isaac gets home from daycare, watches Baby Einstein and takes off his pants.

Cuddling with his best bud, Scout... while keeping his milk close by his side.

Meet our Newest Family Members...

Meet our newest family members... Kuehl Subs (DBA Subway) and Kuehl Properties. Why do I call them members of our family? Because we feel like we have newborn twin babies at our house. Travis and I are both "Out-of-our-minds" busy trying to figure out how to take care of and manage our two new babies, along with trying to give Isaac the attention he demands. We are both completely sleep deprived and there are definitely some tense moments around the house. But in the end we are proud owner/operators and wouldn't trade this opportunity for anything. I'm sure just as we get into our grove with these two new babies, the third newborn (the actual newborn) will arrive and throw a whole new twist into things! Are we crazy? Yes, yes we are. I for see a tropical vacation in our future next winter. Who wants to babysit? Ha.

Right now, Kuehl Properties (the two apartments above Subway)is being put on the back burner a bit. We opened Subway on Wednesday, March 14- which also happened to be day 1 in an 8 day streak of record high temps in the 80's! Since this downtown store relies heavily on foot traffic, we couldn't have been any luckier if we dreamed the craziest perfect dream. Business was very good and the weather seems to be holding up, so it can only get better, right?

Travis is gone from 7:30 am until 9pm every day and will be until we get the majority of our new employees on the same page. This means total role reversal in our house. I am now the man and woman of the house, along with hauling around my 16 month old who is still not walking and hauling around my 8 month fetus. I now have to put my own gas in my car and make supper every night! (gasp) I really have been spoiled rotten this past year. Party is over for me! Travis went from "Stay at home dad, extraordinaire" to seeing Isaac only for a short time in the AM before dropping him off at daycare. He misses him, but he is not missing the new temper tantrum phase that I get to deal with on a daily basis.

Oh yeah... and to add to the madness... we put our house on the market today. Next year will seem like a cake walk compared to this one. Yeah right... I'm sure we will find some way to make our lives insane. It's what we do. We are addicted to madness.

As for Kuehl Properties... we have lotsa plans for it that need to be taken care of in the next 6 months to a year. Long term plans include totally remodeling both apartments and making them a little more high end. Possibly converting to a condo someday... who knows!
